Watercress juice to have a good memory
Watercress juice is a great home remedy to have a good memory, since its leaves are rich in vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), which in addition to stimulating brain activity prevents memory loss.

Orange juice recipe with watercress
This recipe is delicious and very easy to make.
- 12 oranges,
- 1 glass of tangerine juice,
- 1 cup (tea) of watercress,
- 1 tablespoon of wheat germ and
- 1 tablespoon of sugar.
To prepare this home remedy, grind the watercress leaves well and remove the excess bagasse from the oranges. After cutting them into cubes, add in a blender together with all the ingredients and beat well. The juice must be taken several times throughout the day.
