1. Matcha tea

Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon of matcha;
  • 60 to 100 ml of water.

Preparation mode

Heat the water until the first boiling bubbles start, turn off the heat and wait to cool down a little. Place in a cup with powdered matcha, mixing until the powder is completely dissolved. To make the taste of the tea lighter, you can add more water until it is about 200 ml.

It is also possible to add cinnamon or ginger zest to the tea to soften the flavor and enhance the tea's anti-inflammatory properties.

2. Tropical juice with matcha

  • 1/2 cup of soy or almond milk;

3. Matcha muffins

Ingredients (12 units)

  • 2 cups of oatmeal or almonds;
  • 4 tablespoons of baking powder;
  • 2 teaspoons of salt;
  • 2 teaspoons of matcha;
  • 1/2 cup of honey;
  • 360 mL of coconut milk or almonds;
  • 160 mL of coconut oil.

Preparation mode

Mix oatmeal, baking powder, salt and matcha in a bowl. In another container, mix honey, milk and coconut oil. Then, incorporate the mixes little by little, place in a muffin tray and leave in the oven at 180ÂșC for about 30 minutes.
