How To Make Pomegranate Tea
The parts that can be used for the pomegranate are its fruit, its peel, its leaves and its flowers to make teas, infusions and juices.
- Pomegranate tea: put 10 grams of the peel in 1 cup of boiling water, turning off the heat and smothering the pan for 10 minutes. After this period, you should strain and drink the warm tea, repeating the process 2 to 3 times a day.

Green Pomegranate Salad Recipe
- 1 bunch of arugula
- 1 packet of frize lettuce
- 1 pomegranate
- 1 green apple
- 1 lemon
Wash and dry the leaves, and then tear them coarsely. Cut the apple into thin strips and soak in lemon water for 15 minutes. Remove the pomegranate seeds and mix them with the green leaves and the stripped apple. Serve with vinaigrette sauce or balsamic vinegar.
Side effects of excessive consumption
The consumption of pomegranate in large quantities can cause problems such as nausea and vomiting due to its high content of alkaloids, which can make it toxic.
